Charity begins where justice ends." — Saint Padre Alberto Hurtado
At the Saint Padre Alberto Hurtado Advisory, our expertise is a gift and our accompaniment is pro bono. We never charge for our time, and we never bill for our "spoons." However, sustaining a national digital advisory requires operational support to keep our tools sharp and our reach wide.

Please note that we operate on a "Spoon Policy,” we honor our volunteers’ health and energy limits. We would be honored to discuss how your unique skills can support our mission as your capacity allows.

  • Because we operate as a national digital advisory, we generally do not accept physical items. However, we specialize in Benefit-Safe Support. If a neighbor has a specific material need, we manage targeted "Neighbor-in-Crisis" campaigns. We use these funds to pay third-party vendors directly (e.g., paying a pharmacy or a mechanic). This ensures our neighbors' government benefits (SSI/Medicaid) are protected from "over-resource" triggers while their immediate needs are met with dignity.

  • Absolutely. This is a beautiful way to celebrate the legacy of a caregiver or a loved one. When you make a gift of solidarity in someone's name, we treat it as a sacred trust.

Your donation ensures that another family navigating the "Medical Siege" doesn't have to roll alone. If you would like us to send an acknowledgment to the family or individual you are honoring, please include their details in the "Note" section of the donation form.
