We are not a clinic. We are a group of medically retired professionals, PhDs, Executives, and Specialists, who now navigate life with disabilities and senior-care needs. We’ve traded the boardroom for this collective to help our peers dismantle the "Expert-archy" and reclaim their autonomy.

No Clinical Red Tape: We don't provide therapy or medication. We provide roadmaps.
Barrier-Free: Everything is done via Video, Text, or Email. No offices, no commutes.
Spoon-Aware: We work on an adaptive schedule that respects your energy and ours.
How We Help
This is a volunteer-led collective. Our "Arsenal" of support is offered as our health and energy permit. Our team is dedicated to sharing tools, resources, and education to help mentees work towards their goals.
Strategic Advocacy & Fiduciary Support
When the system gets loud, it’s hard to be heard. We provide high-level Medical and Financial Advocacy to ensure your wishes aren't ignored.
The Trusted Voice: For peers who need a representative in the room, we can serve as a designated advocate during medical or financial meeting.
Power of Attorney (POA): In specific, high-trust situations, members of our collective may serve as a POA to protect your autonomy.
Note: All fiduciary and advocacy roles are subject to specific state laws, legal review, and collective capacity.
Systems Navigation
We help you find your voice in complex systems, from Special Needs Trusts (SNT) to fiduciary battles. We aren't lawyers; we are navigators who have fought these battles ourselves.

Strategic Peer Advocacy
We aren't case managers; we are your strategic partners and a shield against bureaucracy. We act as "translators" for a system that has forgotten how to listen, ensuring the room stays quiet enough for your voice, and your autonomy, to be the lead authority.
LEGAL DISCLOSURE: We are a volunteer collective (Social Security Act - SGA Regulations). All advocates undergo background checks with written consent (California ICRAA) and are mandatory reporters under California law (CA W&I Code § 15630 & CA Penal Code § 11165.7), regardless of the state where they or their peer/mentee are located. We provide peer-led advocacy and navigation; we are not licensed medical or legal professionals and do not provide legal or medical advice (CA Bus. & Prof. Code § 6125).
